    B:2 eggs in a whole wheat tortilla with cheese, 1/4 avocado, blueberries
    ate half a banana before I left for a ride
    Did a 35.5 mile ride in brutal heat and humidity. I had 2 Shot Blocks, a bottle of Skratch (pineapple) and a bottle of water
    L: a chicken breast with mushrooms, salad, one beer
    S: slice of cheese, glass of rosé
    D: sauteéd salmon with chili/orange sauce, roasted broccoli, half a sweet potato
