The box says USA 5, but I think that might be on the small side. I'm a 7, 7 1/2 and can get into them. They're just a little short. I wonder if it's unisex sizing, making that a men's 5?

Thanks! I found a Diadora size chart online. The USA 5 is a men's size as you thought. They state that 37 is equivalent to US women's 6.5 or men's 5. I have a friend who is looking for some bike shoes, but I think they would be too small. I will check with her, though.
