ate half a banana and drank 4 oz. almond milk before a 2.3 mile walk
B:eggs whites, grated cheddar, green chili salsa over a corn tortilla, mango slices, coffee
L: I went to the natural foods store, as I had a break in my day. They have the best repared foods. Bought a stuffed, grilled portobella mushroom, stuffed with quinoa and cheese, on kale. Also some cold parsnip soup. I love cold soup, but gazpacho hurts mybstomach. Went home for lunch and enjoyed.
S: cranberries and walnuts at 2:30, cheese and pita crackers at 5
D: turkey burger patty, the rest of the cold soup, 1/4 avocado, an orange, 2 squares dark chocolate

    Yesterday (full rest day)

B: chicken sausage and sauteed greens, coffee with cream
L: Big salad with more chicken sausage, chopped veggies, pecans, raisins, etc.
S: berry/strawberry/raisin "salad" (I just let everything soak for at least 24 hours, no added anything - yummmy!)
D: Staff cookout at bosses house. Ate too much...hamburger (no bun), cheese (way too much of this), salad, small slice cherry crumble "pie"

    Today:

B: eggs scrambled with spinach, fermented veggies, coffee with cream
Very challenging kettlebell competition training session. Followed by 20 minutes light cardio and protein shake
L: Salad with mixed greens, chicken sausage, chopped veggies and homemade mayo for dressing, berry salad with some organic whole milk yogurt for dessert

D: Decided on a white fish (Hake), zuchhini and pesto for dinner. Having a lovely cafe au lait as a kind of appetizer :-)
