I actually wear that shoe in a size 38.5. To give some perspective, I typically wear a size 6.5 in a dress shoe and a size 7.5 in a Brooks running shoe. Hope that helps. Those Specialized shoes are nice bike shoes.

    Donna1960,

I am from Europe and the sizing for these cycling shoes are correct (It is also labeled in the shoe). Maybe you have a Specialized store in your town you can try it on?

    Bethsrk,

yep, these shoes are very nice road shoes, I just didn't like the cleats which have to be used.

I may be interested- I have a pair of Specialized but wore out the pads under the heel. I'm just not 100% sure of the size.
