Jogged 3.6 miles around my favorite lake in Minneapolis on Tuesday. First "real" run since 2 ACL/Meniscus surgeries starting almost 2 years ago. It felt wonderful and terrible at the same time - like starting from scratch all over again. Taking 2 days off then getting back to it tomorrow
