    B: veggie/pork egg frittata. Casserole thing. Whatever it is coffee

    Great kettlebell group training session, followed by some running and rowing intervals then protein shake.

    I forgot/didn't have time for lunch.

    S: ham, banana

    D: Argulla salad, ham. Wine and 85% dark chocolate
