Oh, owie, Catrin -- what an unusual injury! Glad you seem to be doing alright and hopefully there is no long-term tooth trauma.

Enjoy the wedding, and the wine!

My kettlebell coach insists that I've got to make up a good story about this, and I think I agree ;-)

He also showed me another way of doing the exercise I had in mind that doesn't require a 20-lb bouncing ball.

We are firm believers in the antibacterial qualities of wine, if you're under the weather have a glass (or three), it will kill the bugs! So go for it, and if it's not really antibacterial, you won't care after a couple of glasses anyway.

I am planning on doing that in an hour or so Besides, how can I take wine to my nieces "gals night before the wedding" that I've not tasted before? I will just have to buy another bottle to take with me

That gives you an excuse to smell like wine, too.

    Good point Oak!

Since I am staying home tonight at least I don't need an excuse to smell like wine tonight. I am only on my second glass...and reminded of my lower capacity for alcohol. Good wine though, and it doesn't burn my lip I pronounce this cheap Trader Joe's wine nice enough to take to my niece's night-before baking party! Amazingly good stuff! Time to break out the chocolate, thankfully there is less than 1 ounce remaining of my lovely 85% Fair Trade Panamanian chocolate! All for medicinal purposes of course!
