If you build it they will come....
The strip mall where my hairdresser is located has no bike rack. They've been trying and trying to convince the landlord to put one in. One of the other shops is a butcher shop, and one day I walked in and pointed out that many people ride past coming off one of the pathways and might stop by to pick up something for supper if they could only lock their bikes up securely while there. That was about 18 months ago, but nothing has ever been put in.Queen of the sea beasts
