Neither does posting here. There's space for customer reviews on the page where you bought the item, specifically including sizing.
But first, check the label. Garments sometimes get mis-packed. I've gone through that myself before, complaining about a "change" in sizing of an item when it turned out I'd actually gotten a different size from what I'd ordered.

Actually, when they get customer feedback about items running small or large relative to the size chart, they include that in the description to help customers choose the right size.
If there is a "church of TE," it's because their customer service is beyond excellent. I have worked in mail order for a long time and I have shopped via mail/internet since I was a teenager and they have far-and-away the best service of any company that I have ever worked with.
Call them.

Absolutely. TE has GREAT customer service. While I usually go to my LBS first, TE cares. And their website has awesome sizing info. Always read that and then look at the reviews. I have large hips, so I am either a M or a L in things and want to know. I've never been "wronged" by TE by following this advice. And if I needed to send something back, it was easy.
