I am, but not enough to start mountain biking again! Of course, my crappy technical skills had a lot to do with the reason, too, but falling is just part of the sport.
I will be interested in seeing how much of the bone growth I can maintain over the next year. Can't stop boot camp now

Boot Camp is getting you where you need to be! I feel the same way about my group training, and starting to feel that way about kettlebell training!
