Today:
B: last of a frittata, butternut squash hash
1 hour hard group training + a little run followed with protein shake
L: ground pork, kale, egg all scrambled together with the last of the butternut squash hash. I was too hungry to cook anything and those were available for heating (office is closed today)
S: another dose of Tera's Whey, trying to bump up calorie and protein totals for the day
D: Roasted mustard chicken thighs and a large amount of roasted kaleFor some reason that is like crack to me...
