What did you eat today?

\The tempeh (I keep seeing Tempe, my former home) tasted nutty to me, not soy-like. I liked it.

I didn't like Tempeh until I 1) found a local manufacturer and 2) started pre-steaming it. Before that, it was always bitter to me. Now, it has this lovely, wholesome, nutty flavor. I love it!
