GLC, that is a good idea! I am thinking about a 21 day sugar detox myself, I've allowed too many sweet things to creep back in. Fructose isn't my friend, just saying!

B: 2 eggs scrambled with spinach, a little bison chili as a topping, coffee
S: boiled egg and a bit of spinach
L: bison chili over roasted spaghetti squash and spinach
D: probably roasted chicken, veggies and butter lettuce
