The only time I strip down that far outside is when I'm running on the track, before dawn when no one can see me, on very muggy summer mornings. If it's light enough to need the SPF, there's NO WAY!

The last time I ran in a bra top was in 2010. I had just come back from my cycling trip to Spain, so I was pretty buff. It was really hot (90s) and I don't know what posessed me to go run. Anyway, about 2/3 of this run is on country roads that get a fair amount of car traffic. After the first car went by me, I felt naked! I finished the 5K, but I will never do that again (even if I looked that good again).
