B: (around 10 AM) whole wheat bagel sandwich with egg whites, light cheddar, one slice of uncured bacon, an orange, coffee
45 minutes of a hill ride with intervals on the trainer, 15-20 minutes of stretching
D: went to our neighbors' for dinner. Had some cheese, glass of champagne. Dinner was duck slices with mushroom risotto (had about half of this), salad, little piece of bread, brussel sprouts. Had a slcice of ginger pudding for dessert. glass of red wine
