yesterday:
b: Eggs benedict over salmon, coffee, grapefruit juice

lunch/snack: fresh pretzel, water in middle of snowshoeing here in mountains

early dinner @4:30 pm- small squash soup, lobster and shrimp croissant sandwich, white wine, chai chocolate mousse with passionfruit gelee, tea with milk (We had to do this before dinner since dinner is more expensive at this high end place.).

Only a 9 km. snowshoeing trip but I was sweating at the end. I didn't eat anything else for rest of evening.
