B: 4 inch long onion bun with sardine in mustard sauce from a tin, a slice of tomato, a coffee with milk and coffee yogurt with plain yogurt mixed in.
L: a pretzel, water, fruit leather while we're snowshoeing in the mountains
Snack: coffee with milk, fruit leather.. we're staying at a hotel
D: fried pita chips (much to our dismay) with spinach cheese dip, grilled salmon over mixed green salad, cranberry juice.
Later: red wine, blueberry pie slice, some nuts and coffee with milk
