I did a 20 minute run-walk on the dreadmill and 20 minutes of stretch/strength stuff
B: bowl of non fat Greek plain yogurt with blueberries, walnuts, coffee
L: left over vegetable curry, with some added veggies thrown in, an apple
S: couple of ww pita crackers and one slice of Machengo
D: tofu stir fry with rice noodles, an orange, 2 squares dark chocolate
I have several days of heavy eating through Sunday..... My weight isn't budging, but I'll be keeping up fwith exercise, at least
