D: We had our neighbors over for dinner. So, I had a couple of glasses of red wine, whole wheat pita crackers, Machengo, and hummus for appetizers. I made chicken thighs baked on a bed of fennel and scallions, with quinoa, and a tossed salad. I had 2 small thighs. My neighbor brought some dessert from a bakery. I had half of a chocolate cannolli (very teeny) and a taste of a fruit tart.
