Yesterday:
B: eggs scrambled with veggies, pastured bacon, coffee
30 minutes mobility session, 90 minutes group training + heavy deadlifting. Followed with a protein shake
L: ground beef & spices on top of a green salad with lots of veggies, no dressing required!
S: 2 small squares 85% dark chocolate
D: homemade pastured pulled pork, baked sweet potato, small salad
Today (rest day)
B: egg scramble with sweet potato/apple hash and a bit of the ground beef from lunch yesterday
S: veggies from office celebration
L: homemade pastured pulled pork, 1/2 baked sweet potato, small salad
S: will be a cup of plain Kefir
D: probably the same as lunch yesterday, or perhaps some sauteed sardines + salad (this is actually quite yummy, though it doesn't sound right)
