Yesterday:
B- cornflakes with skim milk, raspberries, small cantaloupe slice. Tea with skim milk.
Snack (after a walk)- coffee with tea, a chocolate-peppermint scone.
Snack- orange, a cup of cut up fresh pineapple, 2 cups of tea with skim milk, a thin slice of ham
Supper- stir fried broccoli, daikon, carrots, pepper with chili soy bean sauce and noodles
More tea with skim milk.
