    D: meatloaf, boiled potato with parsley/olive oil, green beans (very sweet), 1 glass red wine

    B: red pepper stuffed with light veggie cream cheese and lox, an orange, coffee
    L: cup of roasted red pepper and tomato soup, chicken salad with chopped apple
    S: 2 slices of Spanish blend cheese, half a glass of red wine
    D: scallops seared in butter, with diced tomatoes/red pepper sauce. roasted asparagus, whole wheat Israeli cous cous, 2 squares dark chocolate
    S: about half a cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey

    B: 2 buttermilk waffles with dried cranberries and walnuts, 2 turkey apple sausages, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, coffee
    did 30 minutes of intervals/drills on the trainer and 20 minutes of strength/stretching
    L: salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, chicken breast, whole wheat pearl cous cous, vinaigrette, small bowl of plain non fat Greek yogurt with blueberries
    S: slice of cheese
    D: went out in the snowstorm to a restaurant with our old neighbors. Had 2 beers (my worst transgression here!), mixed greens salad, baked halibut with brussel sprouts, cranberries, and pureed squash. decaf

    Yesterday:

    B- cornflakes with skim milk, raspberries, small cantaloupe slice. Tea with skim milk.
    Snack (after a walk)- coffee with tea, a chocolate-peppermint scone.

    Snack- orange, a cup of cut up fresh pineapple, 2 cups of tea with skim milk, a thin slice of ham
    Supper- stir fried broccoli, daikon, carrots, pepper with chili soy bean sauce and noodles
    More tea with skim milk.

    B: 2 egg omelette with low fat colby jack cheese, left over black beans, 2 slices uncured bacon, coffee
    2 hours of snow shoveling
    L: quinoa/sweet potato veggie burger patty, an apple, cup of butternut squash soup
    2 hours minutes of nordic skiing
    S: Lara Bar
    D: kale soup with turkey sausage, sweet potatoes, glass of red wine

    Yesterday:

    B: eggs scrambled with veggies, pastured bacon, coffee
    30 minutes mobility session, 90 minutes group training + heavy deadlifting. Followed with a protein shake
    L: ground beef & spices on top of a green salad with lots of veggies, no dressing required!
    S: 2 small squares 85% dark chocolate
    D: homemade pastured pulled pork, baked sweet potato, small salad

    Today (rest day)
    B: egg scramble with sweet potato/apple hash and a bit of the ground beef from lunch yesterday
    S: veggies from office celebration
    L: homemade pastured pulled pork, 1/2 baked sweet potato, small salad
    S: will be a cup of plain Kefir
    D: probably the same as lunch yesterday, or perhaps some sauteed sardines + salad (this is actually quite yummy, though it doesn't sound right)
