    did a 45 minute Cyclo-Core intervals and yoga workout, followed by 15 minutes of stretching and strength. last exercise until Sunday, because of my dental surgery. He said walking is oK, so may walk on the TM Saturday.
    B:left over veggie crumbles with refried beans, salsa, an orange, coffee
    L: cup of roasted red pepper and tomato soup, salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, chicken
    D: DH made me an omelette with cheddar, 2 slices spelt raisin toast, and blueberries. I am eating gingerly from the surgery, but I am not really restricted. Had a small bowl of low fat vanilla ice cream with some melted chocolate to ease my pain!

    B: toast with peanut butter, coffee
    Had to drive 2 plus hours to a doctors apt - was there forever!!!
    L: 1 piece ww sourdough bread and a piece of Havarti cheese
    1 starbucks latte on the way home, 1/2 chocolate chip cookie for a treat!
    D: vegetarian mushroom lasaga with homemade marinara sauce, piece of WG sourdough with garlic and sprinkle of parmesan, 1 glass red wine

    B: fried matzah. I know, not the time of year for that, but DH likes it and was making it when I got up. blueberries, coffee
    L: one quinoa/sweet potato burger, applesauce
    S: Lara Bar
    D: veal/veggie meatloaf, black beans, salsa, 2 squares dark chocolate
    My mouth is sore from the surgery, but I can eat. Can't exercise until Saturday

    L: chicken breast and edamame salad
    D: meatloaf, boiled potato with parsley/olive oil, green beans (very sweet), 1 glass red wine

    L: cup of roasted red pepper and tomato soup, chicken salad with chopped apple
    S: 2 slices of Spanish blend cheese, half a glass of red wine
    D: scallops seared in butter, with diced tomatoes/red pepper sauce. roasted asparagus, whole wheat Israeli cous cous, 2 squares dark chocolate
    S: about half a cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey

    B: 2 buttermilk waffles with dried cranberries and walnuts, 2 turkey apple sausages, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, coffee
    did 30 minutes of intervals/drills on the trainer and 20 minutes of strength/stretching
    L: salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, chicken breast, whole wheat pearl cous cous, vinaigrette, small bowl of plain non fat Greek yogurt with blueberries
    S: slice of cheese
    D: went out in the snowstorm to a restaurant with our old neighbors. Had 2 beers (my worst transgression here!), mixed greens salad, baked halibut with brussel sprouts, cranberries, and pureed squash. decaf

    Yesterday:

    B- cornflakes with skim milk, raspberries, small cantaloupe slice. Tea with skim milk.
    Snack (after a walk)- coffee with tea, a chocolate-peppermint scone.

    Snack- orange, a cup of cut up fresh pineapple, 2 cups of tea with skim milk, a thin slice of ham
    Supper- stir fried broccoli, daikon, carrots, pepper with chili soy bean sauce and noodles
    More tea with skim milk.
