No treadmill for me today, hooray! No rain, just mist this morning, and it'd been warm enough over night that the sidewalks were almost entirely ice-free. 4.5 miles, and I was surprised not to see other runners out there. The next few mornings look to be a lot colder (and possibly snowy too).
