B: 2 egg omelette with low fat cheddar, 2 turkey sausages, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, coffee
L: left over quinoa/sweet potato patty, cup of roasted corn soup, an apple
3 mile run
S:had a handful of nuts and cranberries when I got back from the run. We were going out to celerbrate our anniversary, which is today, but not until 8:30. We ended up having a beer and cheese/hummus/crackers ata round 5:00. Probably too much.
D: we split an appetizer of salmon carpaccio (mmmm) and I had a shank of wild boar on a bed of white beans and greens, glass of red wine. The restaurant was an awesome farm to table place, that I realized is in the same spot as the pizza place I hung out in, back in my wild youth. That was sobering.
