B:egg whites, grated cheddar, 1/4 avocado, 2 slices uncured bacon, an orange, coffee
L: can of tuna in oil, 1/4 avocado, red pepper, cup of roasted corn soup (low sodium)
S: small mocha latte, skim milk. Haven't had one in months and I know why. My stomach is weird now.
D: I made a quinoa/sweet potato burger recipe. It was a pain in the azz, but they were great. I ate one patty, with a salad, and a glass of red wine and I had a lot to freeze
