B: Eggs scrambled with veggies, coffee
40 minute solo gym session (trap-bar deadlift PR) followed by usual crazy hard group conditioning Sunday Funday workout - followed with protein shake
L: roasted chicken thigh and a salad with fermented veggies as "dressing"
S: couple small slices of lovely oven baked crispy bacon...it is dangerous for me to make this in bulk - but I didn't do too badly
D: Chocolate Bacon Sweet Potato Chili over salad greens - I am tweaking a known recipe and it smells so good I can hardly wait for it to be done![]()
