    B: eggs scrambled with multiple veggies and a bit of ground pork, coffee
    1 mile run + 2,700 meters rowing - this felt much better than I expected! Followed with protein shake
    L: pulled roast pork, winter squash
    S: small banana
    D: bone broth with a small sweet potato, veggies, protein, a beaten egg, water and then a hot mint tea. There is something very satisfying about this "soup", it is very much a spur of the moment dish made with lovely mineral/gelatin rich fresh bone broth and whatever veggies and protein I've in the fridge.

    YESTERDAY:
    B: 1 piece ww toast with butter, 1 egg, coffee
    L: 1 bowl of chicken vege and rice soup, a few chocolate covered peanuts
    D: 1 glass white wine, 1/2 chicken cordon bleu breast (baked in oven); edamame, roasted potatoes

    TODAY
    B: bowl of shredded wheat, 1% milk, raspberries
    S: 1 banana
    L: homemade chicken vege soup with rice
    S: will be some lovely red organic grapes
    D: probably stuffed butternut squash filled with rice/cottage cheese/chicken Italian sausage mixture, with homemade marinara sauce, sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top, 1 glass red wine
