Had some job work to do at home Sat but today rode the beach bike path south to Palos Verdes for some hills there. Stopped in Manhattan Beach on the way back for a good lunch and conversation with a friend. 48 miles.

Double header today. 12 miles at one park this morning, and 13 miles on another trail system this afternoon. It was 65 degrees and I was in shorts in November....how could I not ride more?!?

Sadly, didn't get to ride either weekend day due to incredible winds here in the KC area. Gusts in the 40-50mph range. No thanks! Glad we got out for several rides during the week! Looks like tomorrow might be lighter winds -- crossing fingers. Today was a Pilates DVD and a walk instead.
