B: breakfast sandwich: one egg, low fat cheddar, 1.5 turkey sausages on a whole wheat spelt roll, an orange, blueberries, coffee
L: veggie and hummus whole wheat wrap, carrots
S: coffee, slice of Machengo, 2 whole wheat pita crackers
D: 3 slices flank steak, home made cowboy beans, broccoli
