S: Handful of pita chips
D: Pasta with a pumpkin sauce (pumpkin, chicken broth, herbs, half-and-half), with chicken, kale and Parmesan.
I think there might be an apple with peanut butter, possibly a slice of leftover birthday cake for dessert.
