    L: beans and rice with salsa
    D: ricotta and spinach ravioli, with homemade marinara with some whipping cream added, parmesan cheese sprinkle, salad with vinaigrette dressing, 1 glass red wine
    Dessert: a peach muffin

    TODAY
    B: peach muffin
    S: 1 banana
    L: homemade chicken noodle soup
    D: chicken on the grill with asparagus and probably leftover rice, 1 glass of wine

    L: chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts

    D: I made some lentil/kale soup. I put a little too much kale in it, so the texture was kind of off, but it tasted good. One beer
    No exercise for the past 2 days; bad allergies

    Skipped breakfast.
    L: Tuna salad, pasta+veggie salad.
    S: Snickers, one of those Starbucks double shot things.
    S: Handful of pita chips
    D: Pasta with a pumpkin sauce (pumpkin, chicken broth, herbs, half-and-half), with chicken, kale and Parmesan.
    I think there might be an apple with peanut butter, possibly a slice of leftover birthday cake for dessert.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    L: roasted veggie sandwich on whole wheat
    S: dried apricots, slice of Machengo before 3 mile run
    D: we went out to celebrate me getting my counseling license... the actual dinner was pretty healthy. The before and after stuff wasn't! had 1.5 empanadas for an app (stuffed with corn and cheese), dinner was a 10 oz skirt steak, which I cut in half immediately to take home, with a puree of sweet potato, butternut squash, and mixed greens. We drank a bottle of red wine , and then walked across the street where I had a kiddie sized scoop of coffee and cookies ice cream.

    B: had some walnuts and a glass of almond milk, one cup of coffee when I got up. I met a friend for breakfast at 10; had a roasted veggie breakfast burrito, which was on the smallish side and a cup of fruit, more coffee
    L: tuna salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, cup of butternut squash soup
    2 mile walk
    S: slice of Machengo, one beer
    D: 2 black bean burger patties with a chili sauce, salad, 2 squares dark chocolate
