First good job for all the miles put in by all here and the races.
I missed running last week due to a cold with cough (and shear fatigue with it). Did manage a run on Sunday and then today was my scheduled long run of 10 miles.
It was cloudy and breezy, the cool/cold front is right behind our current conditions. But the conditions were great for not over heating on today's run. I held a pretty good 11:30 -11:40 pace (good for me) and ran all 10 miles with NO walk breaks. I was very excited about that. I just focused on when I felt good and not when I felt bad. When I was down to my last 2 miles the motivation to be able to brag about running all 10 was strong enough to get me though to the end.
