Kajero, if you ever go snowshoeing in the mountains or on hills, you will love it when the snow has fallen, falling or is plentiful. We usually go on a snowshoeing trip at least once or twice each year in a mountain region.. ever since I've lived in British Columbia and now in Alberta. It is simply magical. Snowshoeing will get you into areas where x-country skis cannot. I've been snowshoeing for last 15 yrs.

My Personal blog on cycling & other favourite passions.
遙知馬力日久見人心 Over a long distance, you learn about the strength of your horse; over a long period of time, you get to know what’s in a person’s heart.
Well, I don't think so. It involves moving on flats, climbing, and descending. A perfect winter complement to cycling. As in anything, you an make it as easy or hard as you want, but you do need to sweat to get the benefits of any sport. And being outside in scenery like Shooting Star just posted is worth it.
