Where is the "love" button?I do like to mix up the straps with squat matrices and KB work - it will be nice when I can afford to add a KB of appropriate swinging weight. I currently only have a 22 lb which is really too light for either swings or goblet squats - but it is certainly far better than nothing! I just want one heavier steel KB, won't need more than that.
I know the floor creaks, so to keep my downstairs neighbor happy...no burpees!
Ahh the dreaded burpees HA! I'm in the same boat as you, the KB that I have is lighter as well, so will be looking to add a bit heavier one as well. I also want to add a BOSU ball to the inventory, always great for some balance/stability work and then add the straps into that mix as well.
