Today:

B: Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes (no flour), slice fresh side, coffee
L: salad with half a can of wild salmon, veggies, a bit of EVO for dressing
Finally got fed up with the wet weather and impending rain - played with new Jungle Gym XT and kettlebell for awhile. More for movement/mobility than anything.
D: Might look like lunch with dressing this time made from the fresh garlic lime mayo I just made Was thinking about some angus ground beef and a roasted acorn squash...it will be one of those two meals
