Friday:
B: eggs scrambled with spinach
45 minute solo workout that featured 20 minutes on the treadmill at an 18% incline(it was a challenge that I had to withdraw from as I took the wrong metric. Not about to repeat this two days in a row!)
L: last of the spaghetti squash casserole, small banana
D: more eggs/spinach with half of a roasted Delicata squash
Apparently my body needed the small amount of carbs I've added - I've lost 3 pounds in the last two weeks! I seem to be stablizing now at 124, and am VERY happy with that. Given my activities I don't expect to drop below 120 and I am unsure that actually matters. More concerned about body composition - at my age that is very hard to change. Not giving up though![]()
