B: whole wheat tortilla cheese crisp with low fat cheddar and salsa, 1/4 avocado, 2 turkey sausages, oranges, strawberries, coffee
30 mile bike ride, slow, but plenty of hills. It was good to hear DH complaining about his legs from boot camp! Ate 1/2 a Lara Bar before, as it was already 11:20 when we left and I knew lunch wouldn't be until 1 or so.
L: salad with baked chicken slices, cranberries, apple slices, bacon, vinaigrette
drank about 1/2 a bottle of light Accelerade, some water on the ride and finished the Lara Bar when I got home
D: glass of red wine, roasted broccoli, sea bass grilled with mango chutney, 2 squares dark chocolate
