    I started off my day with a slight weird feeling and it went downhill from there. I did go to bootcamp. When I got home and started sipping my coffee, my stomach went into full blown overdrive (don't want to give TMI). I did eat though, as strange as it sounds, I was hungry.
    B: egg whites, avocado, salsa, an orange, coffee
    a snack of 2 doses of Pepto, with a side of Claritin. I had to see a client at a school at 9:30 .
    L: I ate about 1/2 of the chicken, avocado, chick pea, tomato salad I had brought to work. By this time, I was hungry, but starting to feel achy and allergy like, too.
    I came home at around 2 and had a slice of spelt bread, as I was craving carbs and then went on a 3 mile fast walk with my last client of the day. I am exhausted. Not sure if it's something I ate at DH's birthday diner (beets?) or the fast ride I did Saturday.
    D: I made the Waldorf salad recipe from the Paleo cookbook.
    I hope a good night's sleep cures this.

    B: Chorizo frittata, fresh side, coffee
    L: no time to cook so....more chorizo frittata!
    S: banana after a 40 minute hike. I had planned some trail running but enough parts of my body complained at the hiking that I only ran a few feet here and there.
    D: Citrus carnitas, small baked sweet potato, baby spinach/strawberry salad, 2 small squares dark chocolate for dessert.

    I need to get an oven thermometer for the new kitchen - I think my oven gets hotter than the setting...

    L: leftover helping of beef, veges and potatoes
    D: what a disaster, my oven went on the fritz and so I had a pizza which I was going to roast veges to put on. So, I put it on the grill. It was cooking okay off the fire, then I had to put it on the fire and miscalculated how long it should go there, what a burnt mess. I hate kitchen disasters! it put me in a foul mood. so, i had a 1/2 ham and provolone sammy and a hermit cookie with red wine!

    Group training followed by a protein shake

    BIKE RIDE (ok, so it was shorter than planned but it was fun!)
    S: almond butter with a few raisins (this stuff is like crack)
    D: Spaghetti squash/ground beef casserole

    B: 2 eggs, salsa, 1/4 avocado, strawberries/blueberries, coffee
    L: about 1 cup of shredded white meat chicken topped with left over tomatillo/black bean salsa, an apple, coffee
    S: I went home for about 2.5 hours. I drank water until I decided to eat something not full of carbs. I ended up finishing about half a cup of left over pork/chick pea soup
    D: spaghetti squash "pasta" with ground turkey, mushroom tomato sauce, glass of red wine
    Today was a rest day. I still felt awful for most of the day, better now. My weight is also up into the danger zone. I am the only person who gains weight when she has an upset stomach.

    B: whole wheat tortilla cheese crisp with low fat cheddar and salsa, 1/4 avocado, 2 turkey sausages, oranges, strawberries, coffee
    30 mile bike ride, slow, but plenty of hills. It was good to hear DH complaining about his legs from boot camp! Ate 1/2 a Lara Bar before, as it was already 11:20 when we left and I knew lunch wouldn't be until 1 or so.
    L: salad with baked chicken slices, cranberries, apple slices, bacon, vinaigrette
    drank about 1/2 a bottle of light Accelerade, some water on the ride and finished the Lara Bar when I got home
    D: glass of red wine, roasted broccoli, sea bass grilled with mango chutney, 2 squares dark chocolate

    S: 1/2 peach
    L: leftover beef and vege shepard's pie
    D: salmon, salad, vinaigrette dressing, 1/2 dinner roll toasted with parmesan cheese, 1 beer
    1 oatmeal raisin cookie and cup of tea with honey

    B: shredded wheat, 1/2 peach, milk, coffee
    pretzels
    L: leftover tostada, beans, ground chicken, cheese, salad, salsa
    D: Not sure yet, probably turkey Italian sausage, veges, pasta, with red wine
    and I will probably have a oatmeal raisin cookie and tea with honey before bed

    ran 4 miles at lunch
    L: thai butternut squash soup, left over chicken breast
    S: 2 oz chicken, orange
    D: probably nothing as we are bowling directly after work and I won't get home until late - maybe more soup if I'm hungry....

    Friday:

    B: eggs scrambled with spinach
    45 minute solo workout that featured 20 minutes on the treadmill at an 18% incline (it was a challenge that I had to withdraw from as I took the wrong metric. Not about to repeat this two days in a row!)
    L: last of the spaghetti squash casserole, small banana
    D: more eggs/spinach with half of a roasted Delicata squash

    Apparently my body needed the small amount of carbs I've added - I've lost 3 pounds in the last two weeks! I seem to be stablizing now at 124, and am VERY happy with that. Given my activities I don't expect to drop below 120 and I am unsure that actually matters. More concerned about body composition - at my age that is very hard to change. Not giving up though

    B: 2 scrambled eggs with kale, an orange, coffee
    I did 30 minutes of yoga at home. Really sore from my run.
    L: had a hummus-veggie whole wheat wrap at my lunch with Hirakukibou. I admit to eating a few chips. Had more coffee, which then made me ravenous, so I ate a couple of whole wheat pita chips, and 3 dried apricots.
    D: It was our first theatre night of the season, and we went to an Italian place, but I did pretty well. Shared a rosted fig/veggie appetizer with DH (it was yummy, but small) and had grilled swordfish on a bed of cannelloni and frisee, with 3 small fingerling potatoes. I ate it all. Had 1.5 small scoops of blueberry sorbet, one glass of red wine.
    Of course, my weight is up today, but I've been struggling to keep it at 107 for quite a few weeks.

    Today:

    B: Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes (no flour), slice fresh side, coffee
    L: salad with half a can of wild salmon, veggies, a bit of EVO for dressing
    Finally got fed up with the wet weather and impending rain - played with new Jungle Gym XT and kettlebell for awhile. More for movement/mobility than anything.
    D: Might look like lunch with dressing this time made from the fresh garlic lime mayo I just made Was thinking about some angus ground beef and a roasted acorn squash...it will be one of those two meals
