Group training followed by a protein shake
L: Citrus carnitas & a spinach/strawberry salad. Small banana for dessert
BIKE RIDE (ok, so it was shorter than planned but it was fun!)
S: almond butter with a few raisins (this stuff is like crack)
D: Spaghetti squash/ground beef casserole
