Saturday
B: eggs with veggies, bacon, black coffee
L: left over crockpot spinach and meatballs
Did my 12 mile run.
D: dinner out - steelhead trout, sauteed veggies, about 1/3 cup mashed potatoes
S: 1/2 of a HUGE peach
Sunday
B: sauteed spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms topped with an egg, black coffee
S: more coffee and some sweet potato chews (I had to make sure they were good!)
L: chicken tortilla-less soup
1 hr strength training, 45 min on the trainer
D: homemade red curry with chicken over veggies
