    Eh. You have an excuse. You're moving.

    My diet has been absolutely terrible for the last month. How terrible, I won't say, except that there were days that the only thing I'd have until I got home in the evening was a Snickers bar, maybe coffee to go with it.

    I've actually gone grocery shopping this week (still need to pop over to the other store for a few things), so I'll be able to cook! Yay!
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    I think I do worse than you. I have might have a Snickers bit size bar, with four other bite size pieces along with it to finish the "meal" off. I don't drink coffee, though, which I is probably healthier than the MIO I drink.
    And then I follow up the whole thing up with a half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Well, at least the bread is whole grain.

    B: eggs with veggies, bacon, black coffee
    L: left over crockpot spinach and meatballs
    Did my 12 mile run.
    D: dinner out - steelhead trout, sauteed veggies, about 1/3 cup mashed potatoes
    S: 1/2 of a HUGE peach

    Sunday
    B: sauteed spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms topped with an egg, black coffee
    S: more coffee and some sweet potato chews (I had to make sure they were good!)
    L: chicken tortilla-less soup
    1 hr strength training, 45 min on the trainer
    D: homemade red curry with chicken over veggies

    Today:

    B: eggs scrambled with greens, coffee
    L: cheese, celery, brocolli, other veggies (coffee hour at church)
    several hours on the last cleaning of the old apartment
    S: Banana/Egg/Almond butter "muffin" cup
    pottering around new apartment getting things in order, hanging stuff, etc. long slow effort
    D: Too tired to cook much - planning on making a chorizo sausage/greens baked egg casserole. I suspect one beer will be part of things once I slow down enough to sit down to drink it.

    I had other things planned for dinner but that requires shopping. THAT will just have to wait until tomorrow morning! 2 days of vacation left.
