Well, I liked it so far... it's just tougher than I... It broke me in before I broke it in... It has a few abrasions though.

I'll get back on it... just have to form a new plan so as not to get whipped. Thanks for the well wishes. There are other ladies mending wounds around here... good luck to all.

I just bought a gift certificate to an ice cream shop that I intend to pass along to the nice girls who helped me after the tip over.

    That's a kind thought.

Hope you heal up good and quick so you can be out riding again in no time.

    cast off

And I'm supposed to wear a sling for the next 4 weeks... And do physical therapy i suppose once a week and excercises myself 3-4 times a day to regain some dexterity.

I cracked it right at the radial head.

The lady said that's quite probable that I wont be able to regain my FULL range of motion... hopefully I'll get close if I'm dilligent enough.

My bike is still in the garage... But actually it's probably due more to the issue that I cant navigate it into the house with one arm.

BUT I can scratch my arm yay!!!

I hope you heal superfast! That's totally lousy. You'll be back out and running/riding before you know it and enjoying the new bike
