And I'm supposed to wear a sling for the next 4 weeks... And do physical therapy i suppose once a week and excercises myself 3-4 times a day to regain some dexterity.
I cracked it right at the radial head.
The lady said that's quite probable that I wont be able to regain my FULL range of motion... hopefully I'll get close if I'm dilligent enough.
My bike is still in the garage... But actually it's probably due more to the issue that I cant navigate it into the house with one arm.
BUT I can scratch my arm yay!!!
I hope you heal superfast! That's totally lousy. You'll be back out and running/riding before you know it and enjoying the new bike![]()
