I'm joining in again, too. I just got back from two weeks on the road for work and even though I tracked everything, stayed in nutritional range and got in all my exercise, I didn't lose an ounce. Grrr. At least I didn't gain.
Sunday was my first day back on home prepared food and what a difference in how I feel! It just goes to show how much sodium, fat and other hidden things are in restaurant foods.
Yesterday
B: chicken apple sausage, 1/2 apple, 1 oz almond butter, coffee
S: Quest bar
L: Chicken fuji apple salad from Panera - no cheese, dressing on the side
S: other half of this morning's apple
D: sweet potato shephard's pie made with ground bison (yum!)
Today
B: scramble with eggs, bacon, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms, coffee
L: carnitas on a spinach salad with red pepper strips and cucumbers
S: orange and cold grilled chicken
D: veggie and beef meatballs over spinach and crushed tomatoes
I've been tracking my food and exercise very closely since late July and I'm down 15 lbs or so. Only another 15 to go!![]()
