Well I broke it... Cast for 10 more days, then it comes off for an xray and the plan is to brace it with a sling then for 4 more weeks. According to the lady anyway.
I asked about level of activity... and I believe I asked regarding jogging/walking... she said whatever I felt comfortable with, sweat wont make a lot of difference, its going to stink anyway (I plan to walk a lot but was curious about the hygeinr factor).
I'll probably still refrain from jogging for awhile... that jarring makes me nervous and what if i fell again.
Definately not getting on bike... maybe a stationary one sooner than later...
Blah! At least my MS150 ride that I signed up for isnt until Aug... I had hoped to manage a 5k in May, but I've been having a tough time jogging 2 straight miles... so a set back it is.
