In seeing some business clothing for cycling commuters in other publications (and on rare occasion, in LBS's), I have to say that some of the stuff isn't cheap...which really given the higher price tag, existing cyclists would be the market not nearly new cyclists/wannabes.

Yes, the designers can only manufacture a limited run of their choices for a niche market (at this time).
