    Hopefully so! They still keep a close eye on thyroiditis here as apparently there's an increased risk of hypothyroidism afterwards.

    I had chest pain whilst swimming on holiday this week It went a few seconds after I got myself to the side of the pool, and hasn't come back. I'm back home now and have a doctor's appointment booked for Monday evening. I'll hold off anything other than gentle exercise until I have the all-clear. My next endo appointment is in early November, with bloods the week before.
