    Yep sure was. Tracy Richardson correct? Do you know how her kids are? I always wonder what happened w/ them. They are such cute bumpkins!

    Bringing this out of retirement...

    I pulled this up to read it to a friend of mine, and I got teary eyed from the memories.
    There have been a lot of new tri ladies on here lately, and I thought you might like to read this.
    You may not be having Iron dreams now, but I didn't in the beginning either.
    You never know!

    Denise, I think I had just gotten started on TE when you did this. I never saw the video till you reposted it the other day. It's STILL fabulous. I sent it to my tri coach. I'm still totally and completely impressed. Thanks for reposting this stuff.

    Thanks for getting it up again, I just had tears streaming down my face, even though I could see the date was a couple of years ago. Great job, great perserverance, it should be an inspiration to many!
