Where is everyone else?
I rested today.
B: 4 slices chicken breast on sliced tomatoes, with cheddar, 1 cup of plain no fat Greek yogurt with blueberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, coffee
ate half a lara bar before I went to get my semi annual Prolia shot
L: salad with arugula, watermelon, and feta, oil and vinegar. I ate about 3/4 of it
S: slice of spelt whole wheat with hummus
D: went out with a friend, had a veggie burger, with Mexican type toppings, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, salsa, side of grilled fresh veggies
S: more plain no fat Greek yogurt
