I just saw an ad for Picky Bars, which are gluten, soy and dairy free. You know what I know, now. The ingredients list looks pretty good to me, though I'm suspicious of rice protein that isn't organic or hexane free. But, considering they mention that pumpkin seeds are good for both "men and girls," I might refrain.![]()

DH just switched to Kind Bars. He's not gluten intolerant, but he likes them. I can't eat them, as they are full of peanuts. I am sticking with Lara Bars, although they are smaller than the Lunas I've been using. I'm not gluten intolerant, either, but just looking for a bar that has a lot of protein.
Men and girls? But, I love pumpkin seeds. Good ingredient for making veggie burgers.

I think I need to find a USA food store - I live in country Australia, so maybe my next trip to the city will be hunting down some sacks![]()
I like Organic Food Bar brand. "Protein"...22g protein and 18g sugar OR same brand "Active Greens" 11g protein and 24g sugar.
They took a little getting used to but can become very addictive. Work great on rides.
